The main services provided by the company is high quality business improvement services that are shaped by my long standing years of working in a front facing customer service environment across public, private and voluntary organisations whilst steering and shaping organisational development with Directors and senior managers across private and public organisations.

My background has been working in Senior Manager position’s across the three sectors successfully forming partnerships with customers and partners. I have worked with the Cabinet Office in the implementation and assessment of the governments ‘Customer Service Excellence Standard’ formerly Charter Mark.
