Stevenage Arts & leisure Centre is the area’s leading venue for major events and conference facilities and boasts two 1000 square meter event halls, a 500 seat Auditorium, a 250 capacity Bistro, 3 bars, a coffee house, and several meeting rooms. The venue is licensed to perform civil ceremonies. Our flexible spaces cater for everything from interviews to major events & weddings for up to 1350 people in one space, including 3 course meal service for up to 700 people. Our professional approach and the adaptable nature of our spaces mean that we can accommodate just about any event.

We are directly opposite Stevenage Train Station, with a direct line from London Kings Cross  and located centrally within the Town, a short walk to the Hotels in the vicinity.

Our in house Events & Hospitality Team provides a full event service from planning and advertising to operation, including a full, on-site technical team, Box office function, Marketing and graphic design Service & event Manager, we look after our client’s needs at every stage to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Recognised as 'Social Enterprise of the Year' in the 2012 by 'Inspiring Hertfordshire' Awards, SLL is one of the UK’s leading ‘leisure trusts’, a Non-Profit Distributing Organisation, formed in March 1998. SLL provides a wide range of Cultural, Arts and leisure activities at value for money prices. We work in partnership with local authorities across 3 counties to manage 17 facilities across 9 towns. The company holds ISO14001 environmental, Investors in People and received a UKActive Flame award for outstanding achievement award for environmental performance in 2014.
