About 1st Self Access Storage

Our philosophy as a business is to provide more than our clients expect. So our costs are less than you might expect, our advice is readily available, and the speed and quality of our service all adds up to providing you with a premier storage and archive solution. 

We are a privately owned company and employ a team of 12 people from the local area.We have two strategically placed storage facilities,one just five minutes away from the city centre in Digbeth, and the other in Marston Green which is local to the NEC and Birmingham airport.

City Complex  - B10 0AD

This secure site comprises of two warehouses.The building also houses  a custom built deeds store area that has been designed to protect its contents from fire for up to eight hours.Clients may wish to store deeds,data,computer back up tapes and other sensitive items.

The ground floor and 1st floor area comprises of self access storage units,the remaining three floors are dedicated to Archive & Records Management where each box is stored on specialist archive racking, providing customers with safe and economic archive storage.Our comprehensive service meets all legal requirements for the retention of clients important commercial,legal and financial information.

Marston Green Complex - B33 0HX

This secure site contains self access storage units  and also offers recently refurbished office suites offering communication and serviced facilities.

Security

All of our clients documents are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All of our staff are referenced and full time.We do not employ any temporary or agency staff at any of our facilities.
Both complexes are fitted with state of the art CCTV surveillance and motion detectors for intrusion, and our alarm call-centre monitors both sites for intrusion and fire 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Our city complex has a security barrier requiring all visitors and staff to prove their identity and sign in and out.

Both complexes are secured with speared fencing and secure locked gates when our premises are closed for business.
