All of our translations are carried out by qualified, professional translators and are treated with absolute confidentiality. INTERPRETING SERVICES

All of our interpreters are interviewed and undergo an induction process to ensure that they meet our strict selection criteria.

In addition our interpreters must abide by our code of conduct and data protection policies.

Our interpreters cover a range of subjects including commercial, legal and local government in over 100 languages and are often available for short notice bookings.

Interpreting services include:

- Face to face interpreting

- Interpreting courses and CPD sessions

- Telephone interpreting

- Free advice

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION SERVICES

Established in 1998 the Accessible Information Service provides a service to make your information available in a variety of formats including:

- Braille

- Moon

- Audio CD

- Tactile imaging

- CD

Your services or products are thus made accessible to an additional client base.

We also provide Sign Language Interpreting allowing you to communicate with people who experience hearing loss.

The Accessible Information Service also offers consultation on a wide variety of subjects including web design and design of original hard copy information to ensure reader friendliness.
