About Festival Housing

Festival Housing provides affordable homes to people across the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.  We manage approximately 10,000 homes and also run a subsidiary repairs and maintenance business – Festival Property Care.  We are pleased with our reputation for good quality homes, excellent support services and sociable communities where people are proud to live. 

Festival’s vision is to build successful communities and we will do this by committing to provide first class services for all of our customers and by working with our tenants to improve the quality of life in and around our local neighbourhoods.

We are based in Worcestershire with offices in Malvern and Droitwich.
