We can clean your guttering up to four storeys high with our vacuum equipment which is a HSE approved service to ensure your gutters are cleaned safely and efficiently from the ground.
You can trust us to thoroughly clean your gutters and offer a value for money service which includes checking your downpipes and removing any blockages we find.
All gutter cleans have a certificate of guarantee and in the unlikely event you are not satisfied we will return to clean again within seven days.

GUTTER SIPHONS & DRAIN COVERS
Due to customer requests, we have located an ingenious device to stop your downpipe becoming blocked due to impacted debris in the swan neck.
The gutter siphon is placed in the downpipe, thus avoiding a build up of debris. Rain water will still drain away even when the gutters are full at a rate of 20 litres per minute due to the unique design of the siphon.
We can also supply and fit a heavy duty drain cover to stop leaves entering your drains and blocking the pipes.
This service is recommended after your gutters are cleared to residents in the Midlands area.

We always avoid working at height wherever we can and this is usually possible in at least 95% of work we quote for.
In the unlikely event of not being able to use our vacuum system from the ground,we can quote for work using a cherry picker or platforms. Our staff are highly trained and qualified to use access equipment safely and efficiently. We £5 million of insurance cover and with every quotation we supply a Risk Assessment, Method Statement and a copy of our Insurance and Waste Carriers Certificate.

MOSS, LICHEN AND ALGAE REMOVAL SERVICE
Commercial Roof Replacement is extremely expensive and a more cost effective alternative is removal of moss, lichen or algae from the roof.
Instead of using harsh pressure washing techniques, we treat the roof with a HSE approved spray system which safely, gently and effictively removes the moss from the roof.
Quite simply, the biocide spray will eliminate the growth and then the weather will do the rest and will reveal the natural surface of the tiles without any further damage to the surface or morter.
This is a fast degrading product and 85% of the active ingredient is broken down after eight hours and there is no durable enviromental footprint.
We will return 21 days later to clean the gutters as you may find that the moss will run into the gutters and cause problems with debris build up.

GUTTER SIPHONS & DRAIN COVERS
Having problems with rain water cascading over the gutters due to impacted debris in the swan neck of the downpipe.
We have found an ingenious device - gutter siphons that fit neatly in the top of the downpipe and allow rain water to run into the downpipe even if there is lots of debris in the surrounding gutters.
20 litres a minute can pass through the siphon per minute to maintain efficient working of the gutter and downpipes.
We recommend you have a complete gutter clean and we can then ensure you have an efficient system.
We also have heavy duty Marley leaf covers to avoid autumn leaves blocking your drains, why not have gutter siphons and drain covers fitted together. |
