Design Options
Working Drawings
Using the latest CAD / CAM technology we can produce working drawings for your approval and can design a wide range of door set options to meet your requirements. We can also offer a door and hardware scheduling service to ensure you get the door packages with the functionality you need.
Panel Options
Structural Honeycomb Core
Constructed from twin formed 18g (1.2mm) zinc coated steel sheets bonded with a structural honeycomb core giving solidity and strength to the panel. Available with a wide range of Vision Panels and ventilation louvres to suit your requirements.
Frame Options
Zinc Coated Steel
Formed from 16g (1.6mm) zinc coated steel available in a wide range of profiles to suit on site conditions. Welded framer straps allow anchor bolt fixing to masonry or screw fixing to steel or timber. Available as single or double frames with the option of solid, glazed or louvered Over Panels and Side Panels.
Hardware Choices
Extensive Range of Hardware Options
Choose from an extensive range of hardware options including standard lock cases, panic exit devices, over-head door closers and external furniture. All factory fitted to ensure compatibility and functionality.
External Finish
BS or RAL Colour Ranges
Grey primer is applied as standard for on-site painting or choose from the standard BS or RAL colour ranges for a factory applied polyester power coat in various grades to suit internal, external or severe site conditions.
