Client Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement
In 2009 94% of clients surveyed responded with an overall satisfaction rating for Henry Riley of good or excellent. We take action on both the comments gained from this survey and on the results of post project de-briefs to continually seek improvements. To testify this claim we have been recognised by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) in June 2009 when we received our certificate of registration to ISO 9001:2008.
Committed and highly qualified staff
We only recruit a high calibre of staff and provide them with a structured training plan which is individually bespoke to our clients’ needs. In recognition of this we were one of the first surveying practices to be accredited with the Investors in People award in 1999. Furthermore we have recently been awarded with Best Training Initiative Award at the 2008 QS Awards.

Over 100 staff are employed throughout the UK. We can serve any project throughout the UK from our network of offices including: Croydon (Head Office), Birmingham, Bolton, Bristol, Cambridge, Hamilton, Huddersfield, London, Newcastle upon Tyne, Peterborough and Reading. The cross fertilization of specialism’s between offices also allows us to offer added value drawn from an extensive skill base.
